Focusing on a Fuzzy Future
What should leaders focus on when (or if) we return to our offices? As we have all learned over the last few months, the old way of doing things is dead. Too much has changed, and employees are growing accustomed to flexibility even if they are stretched thin and stressed.
This article lays out some simple things to think about going forward. My personal favorite is the focus on respect. Real trust comes from respect for one another, and once you have trust you can solve even the most intractable problems.
